about our law practice

Our mission is to help your organization stay in compliance with tax laws and other employment laws saving you time, money and headaches.

We HELP BOTH NON-PROFITS and For-PROFITS AVOID EXCESS TAXES and OTHER PENALTIES.

Randle B. Pollard is the owner and founder of the firm, The Law Offices of Randle B. Pollard. Previously, he served as Of Counsel for a DC boutique law firm that represents non-profits. He is a tax law attorney with over thirty years of legal experience as in-house counsel and from prior positions in government, public accounting, and academia. Randle loves explaining complex tax concepts to clients and his law students at Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he is a member of the faculty as the Milhiser Professor of Practice.

He has been a panelist and presenter at several conferences and meetings including those associated with the American Bar Association Section of Taxation, the National Bar Association, and the Academy of Legal Studies in Business. He has several publications and his scholarship focuses on state and local tax policy and state and local tax incentives.

He and his wife, Juval, love to have “unique” travel experiences with their three children (Mason, Zion, and Chas), including scuba diving off the Great Barrier Reef in Australia and late-night hikes in the Amazon rain forest in Ecuador. In addition to skiing and traveling, his other “loves’ include his alma mater – Hampton University, jazz music, visiting Civil War battlefields, and just sitting on the beach.
